Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a customer service oriented network specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the firm’s front liner and you will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.

Responsibilities

·         Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues

·         Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support

·         Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources

·         Update customer data and produce activity reports

·         Walk customers through problem solving process

·         Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution

·         Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations

·         Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure

·         Recommended procedure modifications or improvements

Skills & Requirements

·         Native/Fluent Mandarin speaking

7.Systems Engineer

Purpose of the role:

We are providing servicessuch as batabase, system, server etc. with high demand of Mandarin speaking technical resources with Chinese mentality and culture awareness.

Responsibilities

·         Experience administrating Oracle and MS SQL database servers

·         Experience administrating database accounts according to department security and account management policies

·         Troubleshoot systems and performance issues;

·         Provide and maintain current documentation of databases, database configurations, administrative tools, and procedures for implementation/adaptation of products and services.

·         Install, upgrade, and configure Oracle/PostgreSQL, MySQL and Cassandra and related tools

·         Monitor database and hardware activity, provide and implement server and SQL tuning recommendations to meet service level goals.

·         Maintain the integrity of Project databases and ensure that the security requirements for the database servers are met

·         Write and debug shell scripts and database programs that enhance the utility of systems and provide an effective user interface to other systems

·         Provide and maintain current documentation of databases, database configurations, administrative tools, and procedures forimplementation/adaptation of products and services.

·         Provide database expertise to software developers and participate in peer reviews of database code and design

Skills & Requirements

·         Native/Fluent Mandarin speaking

·         3+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA

·         A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field

·         Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail

·         Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing, team-based environment

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical communities

·         Excellent written communication skills
